For each of the projects undertaking below everything is made fresh to order for each function. The food is prepped and then seared (partly cooked) in our commercial kitchen in O’Connor ready for dispatch. Then everything is packed for delivery and all final cooking and plating is done on site with one or more of our qualified catering chefs.
When required we supply / send out wait and RSA staff ranging from 1-2 for small dinners, 4-8 cocktail service functions and 20-30 for the larger event like 400+ 3 course meals done for VenuesWest on a number of occasions.
CITY OF SOUTH PERTH
We have also been catering successfully for the City of South Perth for the last 4yrs.
We provide all catering for their catering requirements for a range of functions including but not limited to;
- Council Meeting Dinners
- Civic Functions
- Citizenship Ceremonies
- Anzac Day Breakfast
- Formal VIP Dinners
For the last 5 yrs we have been providing the catering for all major events run by Cyclo WA. These events range in location from Perth CBD to Waroona Dam and the latest one coming up in July that will be held in York. Normally it is a buffet style feeding 900 plus riders.
Successfully been catering for VenuesWest since Nov 2010 and progressively receive more and more events to cater for.
They have ranged from full 2-4 days of catering (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for concerts and bands, where we have a chef on site from 6am to 9pm to make sure everything is cooked fresh and done on time. Again any relevant wait staff would be sent out as required. Plans and run sheets are always drawn up before servicing such events.
Have also done several large major sporting events serving 450 for a 2-3 course seated meal on location (last one at WA Basketball Stadium) where we had to build a make shift kitchen in order to service the event. On this event we had 10 chefs on site for 4 hrs cooking and plating as well as 25 wait and bar staff serving.
WA Venue Catering has been servicing the Wildcats since 2007. For this project we provide the catering for the pre and post game finger food functions up to 300 as well as all the corporate boxes, where food ranges from seated 2 course meal to food boxes (noodle style) and premade packed antipasto type packs. These range from sushi, to cheese platters, savoury and gourmet options.
On top of these we cater for all the players’ lunches and visiting team meal requirements as well.
Again, as there is no proper kitchen a make shift set up is created for each home game to provide the quality and service as if we made it straight out of the commercial kitchen.
