Our Staff and Service
Let us pamper you so you can party with your Guests. Our staff are highly skilled in food preparation and customer service as well as many RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualified staff to help complete the experience with providing alcohol and serving drinks to your Guest. Continual internal and external training keeps our staff one step above the rest.
Breakfast
This is the start of all good things every day. We have catered for some very memorable and enjoyable Breakfasts over the years. WA VENUE CATERING has catered for Corporate and Sporting Launches, Conferences, Champagne Breakfasts for Charity events and Concert events.
Our menus provide for a variety of hot and cold options, and anything can be changed to suit your tastes.
Lunch
Lunches have really started to become very popular form of catering for lots of celebrations. From Corporate Milestones Lunches, Seminar Lunches or Staff Christmas Lunches, Birthday Celebrations or any other special occasions - it provides an ideal opportunity for businesses to get the staff together without unnecessarily invading into employees personal after work / family time.
We are also finding that they are becoming more popular on weekends (particularly Sundays) where perhaps alcohol doesn't play such an important role. Lots of Church, Sporting events, christenings, weddings and the like are heading this way more and more often.

Fingerfood
Fingerfood menus are very popular for things like product launches or for less formal occasions, where it is preferred that guests mingle and can walk around between different groups.
Many people use fingerfood function these days as a catering of choice for such things as weddings, staff functions, product launches or on occasions where the function is based around lots of dancing and mingling of the guests.
We have been catering for the Chairman’s function which is a fingerfood menu for all VIP’s before every Perth Wildcats home basketball game since 2007. We also have done this on numerous occasions for the City of South Perth, where we have been their exclusive caterer for many years.
Dinner
This is by far, our most popular style of catering, and really does suit all occasions. Whether it is for a formal sit down dinner or a buffet dinner where the guest can come to the buffet table and make their own food choices.
We have a wide range of dinner options available to you including winter, summer or gourmet, formal dining options, along with five buffet selection menus which would perfectly complement any special occasion.

Christmas Buffet
We have included our three Classic Christmas Buffet options being our Traditional, Gourmet and the Walk and Fork option. These menus can be used any time of the year not just in December. We call them the Christmas Buffet, on the basis that they are inclusive of traditional Christmas food.
Lots of people have Christmas celebrations in July and on other occasions people would just prefer the menu choice that is provided - even though there may be no particular Christmas theme.
