The food selection was fantastic as we were able to choose from a fabulous menu. All food provided on the evening was not only delicious but also very generous and the service was magnificent. We have had some very positive feedback from many of our guests who attended on the night.

Communication with staff from WA Venue Catering in the lead up and during the function was always professional and friendly, and all our requirements were accommodated with ease and efficiency.

WA Venue Catering have successfully held the tender for the City of South Perth since 2007 to provide a selection of the menus for a variety of functions and meetings.

Whilst working with the Cityh of South Perth, WA Venue Catering has provided services for events such as Council and Anniversary dinners, Design Advisory Committee and Advisory Council meetings, Workshops, Ceremonies and briefings

The functions that WA Venue Catering attend vary in location depending on the event, this requires them to adapt their working stations and staff processes for each event. In all occassions I have found WA Venue Catering to place the utmost importance on creating a safe working environment and proactively working to minimise any associated risks to guests and staff.

WA Spit Roast has been a sponsor of Cyclo Sportif events since 2006 and is now an integral part of our large cycling events.

WA Spit Roast has provided the catering for up to 900 cyclists throughout the season at our major cycle meets across Perth and surrounds for the last 5 years.

WA Spit Roast provider a service that delivers on time every time and within budget. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. WA Spit Roast also works with our team to ensure that we meet the dietary requirements of the vast majority of attendees at each event.

On many occassions they have been able to accommodate late catering arrangements and/or changes without drama. The venues that WA Spit Roast cater to vary in location depending on the event, and requires them to provide flexibility and precision when setting up work stations. This has always been executed in a way that ensures the highest levels of safety for both patrons and staff.

Empryan Group appointed WA Catering as the preferred caterer for all food and beverage catering requirements on 1 April 2009.

WA Venue Catering provide a variety of catering including Breakfas. Morning & Afternoon Teas, Buffet Menus, Workings Lunches, Sundowner/ Cocktail Menus, Set Dinner Menus and all beveraga requirements. These menus cater for functions of all sizes.

WA Venue Catering staff are always very professional and flexible with the ability to accomodate for any late catering arrangements and/ or changes in a prompt and efficient manner, with nothing ever seeming to be a problem.

The presentation and quality of food is of a high standard and we have found the quantities supplied very generous.

RE: CATERING AT DANNY GREEN FIGHT AGAINST B.J. FLORES AT CHALLENGE STADUIM

I just wanted to drop you a short line thank both, and your head chef Troy on behalf of Danny and Green Machine Boxing for the VIP catering the your company provided for the above fight recently.

Danny had a number of fights at this venue over the last 8 or 9 years, and I've got to say that the catering feedback that I received for the event was the best ever!

The sit down plated meals in the VIP section of the crowed, were overwhelmingly given the "thumbs up" on the quantity and quality. Regular corporate clients to these events were also heaping praise on the quality of the cocktail function food you provide in the Champions Club function even upstairs.

Danny and I are happy to use this note as a reference, and if there was anything else we can help you with, please let me know.

WA Venue Catering has been assisting with the catering aspects of functions for VenuesWest since November 2010 and have recently been awarded a place on a panel as one of our preferred caterers. The Perth Wildcats been involved in a combined sponsorship and catering services agreement with WA Venue Catering for the past three NBL seasons (2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11 ) and I am pleased to say we will continue to utilise their services for the 2011/12 NBL season.

The services provided by WA Venue Catering include catering at all of our home games including our Corporate pre-game function (200 guests), provision of tasting plates and main meals for 64 guests situated in our Super Box seats, pre-ordered platters & noodle boxes for corporate clients (450)and the provision of food for the players and referees for every home game.

WA Venue Catering also assists with the provision of catering for breakfasts and other Perth Wildcats events.
